What does a head of Customer Success do at Netformx? That can range from working with a customer to find an easy way to provide business metrics to their clients or helping one of our strategic representatives show a Netformx ROI to a CEO. Internally, I provide our product development team usage feedback from top users, plus I’m updating our plan to maintain “world-class” adoption and satisfaction. I get deeply involved in a wide range of activities and thrive on multitasking!

My passion for helping customers is driven by 30 years of experience in the technology industry. I love liaising between our customers and Netformx experts to leverage our technology to bring increasing value to our customers.

Prior to joining Netformx I held sales leadership positions at top companies including IBM/Tivoli, HP/Mercury Interactive, Riverbed, and Gigamon.

I received a BBA in Marketing and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas.
