Collaboration as a Way of Life!
Two weeks ago, I had the sincere pleasure of participating in a Netformx BU team meeting in New York. The team from around the world gathered to share what they have been focusing on, and to collaborate on impactful ways to move our offerings forward. After making some face-to-face connections (and some for the first time) I look forward to even better teamwork.
It reminds me about the quote from Helen Keller “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much”.
Our focus on collaboration with Cisco and Cisco Partners to evolve our Cisco program simplification tools to increase profitability continues. Additionally, in the last two weeks we announced our two new Channel Partners, Veytec and Taleka. Both are experts in Cisco’s Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) rewards and the Cisco CX program in general. They understand how the collaboration of our tooling with their services can help partners achieve better business outcomes. These new channel partners aim to be the extra set of hands you may need to get your CX practices in order and manage the ongoing details to capture LCI rewards.
With the changes to the VIP program, outlined in the “Netformx VIP39 Index Report”, partners may need to supplement incentive dollars where rebates are no longer available. Cisco’s strategy is for you to pivot some of your energy by participating fully in the LCI program to maximize your LCI rewards. Our new channel partners can not only help you get started, but they can also do the work for you.

Veytec to create your CX practice and get CX tooling in place
We are excited to bring Veytec Inc. onboard as a Channel Partner to offer Cisco Partners a combination of their expert services and Netformx tooling to streamline the process of passing the CX Advanced Specialization audit to capture more Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) rewards.
In 2021, Veytec became one of the first 20 US Cisco partners and the first regional partner to achieve Cisco Advanced Customer Experience (CX) certification. Netformx SuccessXpert™ was an essential tool in Veytec’s ability to quickly pass the CX Advanced Specialization audit. Veytec’s certification gained so much attention from the industry that other Cisco partners asked Veytec to help them do the same.
The resulting Veytec CX Practice Development service helps teams get CX certified and to pass the Advance Specialization audit. Now a US reseller of Netformx SuccessXpert, Veytec incorporates the solution in its practice to help partners satisfy Cisco Advanced Specialization audit tooling requirements to maximize their LCI rewards.
Taleka to interpret and handle the motions to increase LCI rewards
We announced this week that Taleka, Ltd. is now a Netformx channel partner to recommend and resell their tools in support of their Cisco Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) services. Taleka drives value for customers of Cisco Collaboration software by helping them use technology to solve problems.
Taleka’s experienced team and honed processes help Cisco Partners pre- and post-certification to scale their practice and drive revenues through Lifecycle selling, delivery, and LCI incentives.
Taleka is partnering with Netformx to leverage the Netformx LifecycleXpert™ application globally as part of its service offerings to help Cisco Partners maximize their LCI rewards. LifecycleXpert, powered by ChannelXpert™, analyzes, prioritizes, and manages Cisco LCI opportunities to simplify LCI management and increase reward payouts. The application helps Partners determine where to take action on plans and activities, see what’s needed to meet milestones and due dates, and track payments.
