Getting a better grasp on your CSPP Rebates!
CSPP rebates tend to be the forgotten stepchild to the VIP program, where partners don’t always focus on the services attach rate and consider the rebates in their financial planning.
ChannelXpert Users may not realize that there is a CSPP Dashboard available that will provide information on payments by quarter, ineligible opportunities that might be transitioned to eligible, and where there is a recoverable rebate in place.
