Netformx Collection Engine to Retire December 31, 2024

Netformx will officially retire the Netformx Collection Engine on December 31, 2024, marking the end of support for this tool. The reason is that Netformx AssetXpert has replaced the need for the Collection Engine for conducting remote assessments.

AssetXpert delivers a much more robust solution with a streamlined assessment process. Users can conduct rapid, remote baselines of network inventory, and benefit from a comprehensive audit and analysis of multivendor networks. It discovers and documents the network down to each node, identifies security vulnerabilities, and completes the process in hours instead of days or weeks.
