The ChannelXpert Legacy LCI Dashboard is being removed
We continue to see a handful of users who have not transitioned to the new LifecycleXpert Dashboard. This is advance notice of sunsetting for the “Legacy LCI” UI in Q2FY22 as part of our LifecycleXpert consolidation efforts. What is now termed the “Legacy LCI” UI for opportunity recognition is based on an older and outdated ruleset. If you continue accessing the Legacy LCI UIs, it is important to understand that the opportunities presented by the underlying logic might not comply fully with Cisco’s updated Lifecycle Incentive program rules.
