Over the quarter Netformx AssetXpert has been expanded. This self-service portal for Cisco Partners and their end-customers now not only easily organizes and manages SmartNet contracts it also supports software subscriptions and assets.

  • Control the presentation of your organized CCW-R records and view
    • Individual Asset entries
    • Assets organized in their Parent-Child hierarchy
    • Contractual grouping showing the contract-to-asset association
  • View Cisco Cloud & SaaS records for software subscriptions management
  • Automatic archiving of older CCW-R records, with data preservation in the AssetXpert database
  • Suggestions for assets approaching their End of Life milestone
  • Ability to define two other Product lifecycle alerts
    • Last Day of Software Maintenance
    • Last Day of SmartNet Renewal
  • Resolution of Duplicate counts (e.g. Overdue with Active and/or Signed instances)
  • Enhanced visibility of Mapped Customer Folders containing multiple GU Names
    • Customer folders in the left-pane Admin UI turn red when mapped records span multiple GU Names
    • A GU Name report highlights originating Customer Name defined when order submitted into Cisco
  • New “All Customers” aggregated Customer Name now available in Data UI dropdown menu
    • “All Customers” provides a comprehensive view of all "mapped" customers
    • Allows you to have search and operational access to all mapped CCW-R records
