ChannelXpert v5.7 Release for enhanced Lifecycle Incentive Management

The release of ChannelXpert v5.7 on July 10, 2022, focuses on new capabilities in LifecycleXpert to simplify managing your Lifecycle Incentive (LCI) opportunities.

New capability to adjust an Annuity Booking Date manually

Netformx ChannelXpert provides users with early visibility to their Cisco Annuity subscriptions where it may not be available in the Cisco portal for a month or two. When the booking date isn’t available, Netformx will provide an estimated booking date as the P.O. Date.

  • Now a Calendar appears next to the booking date, where an estimated date has been added as a default.
  • Users can easily click on the calendar to adjust the estimated date to the actual date.
  • This new feature will allow users to have a more accurate view of their LCI opportunities and have clear visibility to the 90-day window to submit their CSPs.

Added insight to all your PPE Activities

Users can now view and organize all their Activities from PPE in a single window, even those that might be missing information such as: Due Date, Submitted Date, and Status.

 

Added filtering capability

Users can now look at the information in a variety of ways:

  • Users now can now hide Expired LCI Opportunities to simplify prioritizing the active LCI opportunities.
  • Users can filter on Adopt Opportunities by hiding where the Annuity was renewed to have better insight on outstanding Adopt Opportunities.

Formatting modifications to the LCI Reports

The Use & Adopt Reports have had some formatting modifications for a better user experience when the report is exported to Excel.
