The process to submit cases
- Discrepancy cases must be submitted by February 27, 2021, via the Customer Service Hub and will not be accepted via email.
- Where you see “* Cisco booked” this means the Order that has been entered into Cisco’s ordering system, has passed the initial hold/credit check, and complies with Cisco’s internal booking acceptance policy.
