SuccessXpert v1.0 – Cisco Partner-Ready CSM Tool is now GA

Netformx SuccessXpert v1.0 is a Cisco Partner-ready Customer Success Management tool that enables Customer Success (CS) and Customer Experience (CX) teams to quickly pass the CX Advanced tooling audit. Additionally, they can continuously manage their CS motions such as health score, consumption, interactions and more with the ongoing Cisco data feeds that only Netformx can provide.
